Our University's

Our university's "Oral and Dental Health Practice and Research Center", "Medical Education and Simulation Center", and "Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center" were inaugurated with a ceremony.

At our university, where numerous projects have been implemented with new breakthroughs in the field of health, three more centers offering advanced examination, treatment, and education opportunities have been put into service.

The opening ceremony of the centers was attended by Governor of Yozgat Mehmet Ali Özkan, Yozgat Members of Parliament Abdulkadir Akgül, Süleyman Şahan, İbrahim Ethem Sedef, Lütfullah Kayalar, Mayor of Yozgat Dr. Kazım Arslan, President of Yozgat Administrative Court Şener Alpaslan Zarıçlar, Rector of Our University Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar, Provincial Police Chief Recep Tecimer, Head of Cemil Çiçek Education Center Mustafa Özden, Yozgat Provincial Mufti Ali Gülden, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Yusuf Hıdır, Prof. Dr. Tansel Hacıhasanoğlu, Secretary General of Our University Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kocakaya, faculty deans, department heads, and representatives of political parties and non-governmental organizations.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Rector of Our University, Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar, emphasized that the Dental Hospital will fill an important gap in our university's education and healthcare service sectors. In his speech, our Rector stated that these centers provide a great service to both the university and the people of the city, underlining that they aim to increase the quality of healthcare services with these newly opened centers. Furthermore, our Rector expressed that educational and research opportunities will expand in this way, giving students the chance to practice using modern technology and simulation techniques.

Rector Prof. Dr. Yaşar continued his speech as follows: "Currently, in the first stage, we have started supporting our citizens with over 20 units alongside all kinds of operating rooms. Next year, with the increase in student numbers, we plan to increase the number of units."

Speaking specifically about the Medical Education and Simulation Center, our Rector Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar stated: "Simulation training has come to the fore in medical faculty and other health sciences education. In this regard, it is very important to keep up with developing technology and offer this technology to our students. Because this technology reduces the margin of error. As Yozgat Bozok University, we are currently using the most advanced simulation center technology in the world. This is a service that is not available in many universities and health institutions in Central Anatolia. We are delighted to bring this service to Yozgat. The Medical Education and Simulation Center will make an important contribution to students receiving a more qualified and well-equipped medical education. I would like to express my gratitude to our President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, our Strategy and Budget Department, our Governorate, our esteemed MPs, and the people of Yozgat who warmly accepted and supported us and shared our happiness. Yozgat Bozok University is very important for Yozgat, and Yozgat is very important for Yozgat Bozok University."

Yozgat MP Abdulkadir Akgül expressed his satisfaction with the opening of three different healthcare centers within Yozgat Bozok University in Yozgat. Underlining that our University's Rector Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar is a great chance for Yozgat, Akgül stated that what our Rector has done is a guarantee of what he will do.

Governor of Yozgat Mehmet Ali Özkan mentioned that the three opened centers will provide important services not only for our university's students and academics, but also for all the people of Yozgat. Governor Özkan said, "Thanks to the treatment, rehabilitation, and training activities to be carried out within these centers, our citizens will have access to more qualified healthcare services, and our regional health infrastructure will be further strengthened."
