This department is responsible for managing patient appointment bookings, registration processes, and providing necessary directions.

When patients arrive for examination, they first apply to the patient registration unit to create their record using their identification details. For patients with appointments, necessary checks are conducted, and they are directed to the respective departments. In addition, information is provided regarding Social Security (SGK), private insurance coverage, or payment procedures, and patients are informed about the required procedures.

Within the scope of information services, guidance is provided to patients who wish to receive information about our hospital and the services we offer. Detailed information regarding our departments, doctors, working hours, and treatment processes is offered to ensure our patients are directed in the most accurate manner.
