The Statistics and Digital Archive Unit plays a critical role in our hospital's information management processes. Patient records, laboratory results, imaging data, clinical reports, and other health data are regularly transferred to the digital archive system and protected in accordance with long-term storage standards.
Furthermore, the unit conducts not only data storage, but also statistical analysis and reporting activities. Key indicators such as hospital patient density, outpatient services, bed occupancy rates, and procedure counts are regularly analyzed and presented to management. This enables hospital management to make decisions based on accurate and up-to-date data in areas such as strategic planning, performance evaluation, and resource utilization.
The Statistics and Digital Archive Unit operates in full compliance with national legislation and institutional policies regarding data privacy and security.
